34 years ago, on this very day Chof Ches Nissan, the Rebbe shook the world with a cry from the heart: “Tut Altz vos ir kent… Do everything you can to bring Moshiach.”

And then the Rebbe said something that stopped us in our tracks:
“I’ve done all I can. From here on, it’s up to you.”

What did that mean? Did the Rebbe give up?

Not at all. He didn’t give up, he gave over.

He empowered us. He trusted that we could finish the job.
