Campers enjoyed the marvelous view of all five boroughs as well as New Jersey. The highlight of the day was when Shmuel Channowitz from Monticello NY as well as some of his fewllow campers in his bunk bumped into “Moshe” a fifteen year old from Cherryhill New Jersey on the 70th floor tower. It didn’t take too much convincing from the sincere campers who were explaining to him the importance of being Jewish and keeping Torah and Mitzvos, and soon after Moshe put on Tefillin for the first time. It was real big Kiddush Hashem that these campers knew that even while in camp, there is never a break from shluchus.

The day concluded with each group learning inyone Geulah and Moshiach with their counselors. They all learned sicha 5752 Chaya Sarah, the last sicha the Shluchim were zoche to hear from the Rebbe. At the end, the well deserving campers participated in Grand Raffle and walked home with tons of cool prizes from Kehot and various electronics. Overall, the day was tons of fun.

The program will be continuing until this Sunday with more fun trips and fun for all of these young.
