New Shliach Sets His Sights On The City of Navrazhni Chelni In Russia

A few days before the “Kinus Hashluchim Haolami 5785”, the family of Rabbi Haim David Payer met with Chief Rabbi of Russia, Rabbi Berel Lazar as they prepare to depart on their Shlichus to the city of Navrazhni Chelni, in the area of Kazan in the Republic of Tatarstan in Russia.

Rabbi Chaim David is the son-in-law of the Shliach in Alma-Ata, Kazakhstan, Rabbi Shevah Zaltopalsky.
