Florida Senator Pens Letter Of Support on The Anniversary of October 7th

Senator Rick Scott of Florida sent a letter of support to Shliach of Southwest Florida Rabbi Yitzchok Minkowicz, highlighting his support of the State of Israel on the first anniversary of the October 7th massacre.

Chabad of Southwest Florida held a memorial service for the 1,200 murdered Israelis at which the letter from the Senator was read. 

Speaking at the event was a family that was miraculously saved from the October 7th massacre. The community lit candles in commemoration and watched a newly released video of the events from that day. 

The event brought the Southwest Florida community together in prayer and unity, especially as many had to evacuate due to the massive hurricane heading to Southwest Florida.
