BDE: R’ Yosef Yechiel Lifshitz, 61, OBM

With great sadness we report the passing of R’ Yosef Yechiel Lifshitz OBM, a long time Crown Heights resident. He passed away on Wednesday, the 16th of Elul, 5784.

He was 61 years old.

He is survived by his wife Dvorah (nee Eichler) Lifshitz, and children; Binyomin Lifshitz, Mushka Flint, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Lifshitz, and Bella Brook all of Crown Heights.

He is also survived by his parents; R’ Shlomo and Chaya Lifshitz, and his siblings Binyomin, Musi Goldshmid, Tzvika and Chani Olidort, all of Kfar Chabad.

The Levaya will take place Thursday, passing by 770 at approximately 2:00pm, with Kevurah at 3:00pm.
