Chabad Artist Yitzchak Moully Creates A Special Torah Mantle To Celebrate Simchas Torah In Memory of Last Year

Recently a few Shluchim reached out to Chabad artist Yitzchak Moully with an idea. It’s almost two months to Simchat Torah, how are we going to celebrate Simchat Torah this year?

“I was asked to create a Torah Mantle / cover to remember and celebrate the lives of everyone we lost on October 7th on Simchat Torah,” Moully told CrownHeights.info.

Here is the Simchat Torah Mantle. Portraying two figures dancing together with the neshamos of the Kedoshim, rising toward a radiant “Am Yisrael Chai.” Each one of the rising circles of light represent one of the 1200+ kedoshim, remembered and not forgotten.

These Torah covers are available for purchase – and customization – on Moully’s website, and will be ready within a few weeks.
