TU B’Av Event In Sydney Brought Experts On Relationships To The Community

On Sunday night, August 18th, members of the Sydney Jewish community from diverse backgrounds came together to hear from and engage with an expert panel of relationship and intimacy therapists.

The evening, presented by CBDChabad Sydney in the welcoming home of Denise Meyerson in Rose Bay, was facilitated by Rabbi Danny and Rebbetzin Sara-Tova Yaffe. Attendees heard from therapist Rabbi Raphael Aron from Melbourne, who has 40 years of experience dealing with cults, addiction, and relationships, and is the author of six books, including Spirituality & Intimacy. Caron Kaplan, Sydney’s own relationship and intimacy psychologist and founder of JAAFV, with her 30 years of experience, shared insights and inspiration on how couples, partners, and individuals can make the right choices for healthier, more meaningful relationships. Miriam Dolnikov, also from Melbourne, added an additional dimension to the evening, focusing on a healthier relationship and intimacy lifestyle.

With plenty of Q&A and a warm, comfortable environment, attendees left with a renewed understanding and inspiration to lead healthier and more fulfilling personal and interpersonal relationships.

The evening ended with a raffle for a 14k gold Star of David, won by Ronald Budovski, with funds from ticket sales going towards JAAFV and CBDChabad Sydney.
