Bais Medrash Chabad Pittsburgh Expands Campus with Acquisition of Two Buildings for the Inaugural Year

Bais Medrash Chabad Pittsburgh is proud to announce a significant milestone in its growth with the acquisition of two new buildings. These buildings will serve as dormitories for the Yeshiva students, providing essential living spaces in close proximity to the main campus at Bnai Emunoh Chabad.

The newly acquired buildings boast seven spacious apartments, which will undergo renovations and be fully furnished to create a comfortable and welcoming home for the bochurim. The apartments will feature kitchens and living areas, creating a warm, home-like environment for our bochurim.

Baruch Hashem, enrollment at Bais Medrash Chabad Pittsburgh has been robust, with over 20 Bochurim enrolled for our inaugural year.

The Bais Medrash is located in the Greenfield neighborhood, known for its welcoming community and convenient location forming an ideal setting for the Yeshiva. The bochurim will benefit from easy access to local amenities such as the Kosher store, pizza shop and cafe, and a supportive network of families and community members who look forward to welcoming the Yeshiva.

The dorm project was spearheaded by Rabbi Elchonon Friedman and was made possible by two generous supporters who wish to remain anonymous, along with many other donors.

The Bais Medrash would like to publicly thank our supporters and all others who have encouraged us as we begin our inaugural year.

The Yeshiva has been overwhelmed with the positive feedback and numerous applications, which demonstrates the great need which we envision to fill.
