Paris Shluchim Rally In Support of Fellow Shliach Targeted In Arson Attack

A large delegation of about seventy Shluchim from Paris and the surrounding area arrived yesterday to support the Jewish community in Rouen after they suffered an arson attack by a terrorist. The attack caused significant damage to a Shul run by Rabbi Shmuel Lubecki.

The delegation, led by Rabbi Levi Azimov, davened Mincha in front of the damaged Shul and Farbrenged at the Chabad house until late that night.
