Japan’s Ambassador Visits Chabad High School For Exhibition

Japan’s Ambassador to Israel, Mizushima Koichi, and his wife, Mizushima Asako, visited the Chabad Beis Chana High School for girls in Jerusalem on Monday.

They visited an exhibition crafted by students that highlighted the life and work of Chiune Sugihara, a Japanese diplomat who served as vice-consul for the Japanese Empire in Kaunas, Lithuania, and is renowned for his efforts to save thousands of Jewish refugees during the Holocaust.
