BDE: Rabbi Saadia Jerufi, 79, OBM

With great sadness we report the passing of Rabbi Saadia Jerufi OBM, a Shliach of the Rebbe to Yishuv Avital. He passed away on Tuesday, the 11th of Adar, 5784.

He was 79 years old.

Rabbi Jerufi was also an educator at the Reshes Oholei Yosef Yitzchak School for many years, as well as a well respected Sofer STA”M.

He is survived by his wife Shlomit, and children: R’ Menachem Mendel Jerufi (Rechovot, EY), Rabbi Shmuel Jerufi (Kiryat Muchkin, EY), R’ Schneur Zalman Jerufi (Rechovot, EY), R’ Yosef Yitzchak Jerufi (Rechovot, EY), R’ Dov Ber Chaim Jerufi (Crown Heights), R’ Yisroel Jerufi (Rechovot, EY), Mrs. Shterna Sarah Bossi (Ered, EY), Mrs. Chana Yitzchak (Migdal Haemek, EY), Mrs. Nechama Aloosh (Rechovot, EY) and Mrs. Chaya Mushka Amron (Rechovot, EY).
