BDE: Mrs. Rochelle Kaplan, OBM
With great sadness we report the passing of Mrs. Rochelle Kaplan OBM, head Shluchah to Maryland. She passed away on Monday, the 19th of Shvat, 5784.
She is survived by her husband Rabbi Shmuel Kaplan, and children; Levi Kaplan (Pomona, NY), Chanoch Kaplan (Franklin Lakes, NJ), Mendel Kaplan (Potomac Village, MD), Devorah Leah Riesenberg (Pomona, NY), Chani Feldman (Greenwich, CT), Esther Kavka (Rockville, MD), and Mushka Minkowitz (Chevy Chase, MD).
She is also survived by her siblings, Rivkah Piekarski, Shea Hecht, Shterna Weinberg, Devorah Halberstam-Ingber, Faigy Carlebach, Brocha Karp, and Yisrael Hech.,
The levaya will take place today Monday, at 4:00pm starting at the entrance to Old Montefiore cemetery.
