Petition Launched for Binding Arbitration to Resolve the Status of 770

Do to the ongoing events in 770, a petition has been started calling for all the parties involved and who claim stewardship of 770, to leave the secular court where they have been battling for years, and all agree to sit down for a binding arbitration to settle once and for all, who will be the stewards of 770.

The hope is, that a clear steward would have the koach to establish a sader in 770. The hope is that this new sader would make 770 a place where all Lubavitchers would feel at home, where no one would feel ‘this is not my Lubavitch’.

If this were to occur, we are certain that the needed expansion of 770 would be easy to achieve.
And so here is the petition presented to the public, maybe if enough people sign it, it will move the powers that be to take positive action.

Arbitration means you accept their terrorism & allow them to continue as negotiations are dealt with !!!

A sad reality, but not sure this was or is the mainstream intention. We need to eradicate them completely from having any decision making whatsoever.

Isn’t binding arbitration the job of the CH BD”Tz? This sounds like duplication of effort. Further, whoever loses will subsequently state “the decision is not authoritative,” just as they do now.

    Lather, rinse, repeat….

Should have thought of this 20 years ago before they spent millions of dollars litigating this issue. Not a chance they’ll agree now

Aguch owns the building. That is long, well established. CL occupies the space for shul operations and activities. Have CL ever paid rent to Aguch for their use of the space? Are they squatting illegally on the property? Is there a “gentlemen’s agreement?” It seems the first step is to respect the extant legal precedents already in place rather than keep re-litigating the past over and over.

The Chassidim they owned the building and who is aguch the building is for the shool first and then if there’s place for their offices, after there’s three floors of ladies that could fit in then they could make themselves some offices, but priority is only the rebbes shool

The Rebbe gave his shul to Aguch to own and control. You think “chassidim” own the shul and therefore you might not agree with the Rebbe but tough luck.

gabboim these terrorists are YOUR people you welcome them, you supported them, you encourage them, to fight Merkos, now you are being eaten alive

Gabboim you are the root of the issues

Gabboim you are the root of Chabad Machlokies

Gabboim you need to be out of Lubavitch

Gabboium you gave those terrorists a stand

NO MORE GABBOIM = NO MORE TERRORIST
NO MORE GABBOIM = NO MORE MESHICHITIM
NO MORE GABBOIM = 770 IS BACK IN OUR HAND
NO MORE GABBOIM = DOING THE REBBE WISH
NO MORE GABBOIM = NO MORE MAFIA CORUMPTION

Whoever is circulating this petition and whoever signs it are just wasting their time. The issues in Crown Heights are a lot deeper than who owns the building. The question of establishing a seder in 770 can be fixed only by outlawing the hooligan bochurim, banning them from the premises, and shipping them to Israel where then they could be useful fighting a real war.
