Historic First: Yahaduton’s Stunning Chanukah Clip Released in Ukrainian

More than a decade after its launch in Hebrew, this past week marked the debut of Yahaduton’s renowned Chanukah clip in Ukrainian, directly targeting the country’s sizable Jewish population.

The popular Yahaduton Chanukah clip, titled “How to Light Chanukah Candles,” has been freshly translated into Ukrainian for the first time. It will commence its release tonight through the country’s community rabbis and Chabad emissaries, reaching all Jewish communities.

The clip intricately explains the procedure of lighting Chanukah candles and the significance behind the holiday. To date, the clip has been launched in languages such as Hebrew, English, Russian, French, German, and more.

Over a decade ago, Yahaduton initially launched the clip under the guidance of Rabbi Shmuel Bistritzky, the Chabad emissary to Savyon. As mentioned, tonight marks its premiere in the Ukrainian language, presented by the FJC and the Chabad network in Ukraine (JRNU).
