The Mivtzah Tefillin Campaign has just taken another leaf from another Chabad campaign, the Mivtza Shofar, with the launch of https://tefillinonthecorner.com/.

Just as shofaronthecorner.com launched many years ago, the new Tefillin initiative is a campaign to setup at ‘countless world-wide cities designated street corners’ with volunteers ready to put on Tefillin with any Jews.

“The launch of this website enables us to offer the Mitzvah of Tefillin along with activities and some of our very basic traditions for the security of Israel to street corner Jews who would not have performed a Mitzvah otherwise,” the organizers of the new campaign wrote.
