CBDChabad Sydney Conversations Hosts Israeli Journalist

On Wednesday 27th Sept, CBDChabad Sydney hosted Ms Litel Shemesh, popular Israeli journalist and presenter for Channel 14 on the topic ‘Israel and the Media’.

Dr David Adler, President of Australian Jewish Association, who co-hosted the event and organised Ms Shemesh to present, interviewed Lital on current events regarding Israel in the international media as well as other diaspora-Israel relations and then attendees were able to ask their own questions which Lital answered.

The presentation was well attended and we were honoured to host The Hon.John Ruddick MLC

Rebbetzin Sara-Tova added words of thanks following the presentation and commented on the power of Jewish feminine leadership in this generation.

Lital was presented with two best-selling Jewish books, ‘Security on the Land’ as well as world renowned book ‘Towards a Meaningful Life’. 

This event was the third of CBDChabad’s new lunch workshops called ‘Conversations’.
