New Shluchim Announced to Skagit County, Washington

Mazel Tov to Rabbi Shmuli and Shevy Silver, who along with their son Yitzchok will be moving out on Shlichus to Skagit County, Washington.

Skagit County is situated just north of Seattle, Washington, surrounded by the picturesque Salish Sea and majestic Cascade mountains.
