BROOKLYN, NY [CHI] — CrownHeights.info has recently learned from reliable sources, that for the first time ever, documents uncovering the Rebbe’s studies at the University of Paris – known as “the Sorbonne” – have been found.

The documents were found in the French National Archives by Jewish Educational Media [JEM], and are slated to be presented in an upcoming JEM film called The Early Years Volume 3.

Staff members of JEM have confirmed that The Early Years Volume 3 is set to be released in the next several weeks. The documentary will focus on the Rebbe and Rebbetzin’s time in Paris during the years 1938-1940.

    I heard that the Sorbonee is the school of arts and letters, while the école polytechnique is science and engineering.

    the Rebbe did not attend the Sorrbone he attended a very exclusive enginerring school

    The Rebbe was registered in the Sorbonne and did attend, but he did not receive any formal degrees.

    He studied electrical engineering prior to that at the École spéciale des travaux publics, du bâtiment et de l’industrie.
