The Great Parade: It’s Almost Paradin’ Time!

Signs are up in Brooklyn….

Have YOU heard the whispers on Kingston Ave?

That’s right. The secret is out!

This year’s Hakhel Great Lag B’Omer Parade is coming, and it’s going to be a MARCHING success!

And if you look carefully, you can see it all around you.

Walk up the streets of Troy and you’ll hear kids with musical instruments rehearsing their march for the big day.

Parade the school hallways and you’ll notice students of all ages, eagerly building creative floats that represent ideas in Yiddishkeit.

Excitement is written all over the children’s faces… and the adults too!

Even the streets are abuzz with energy! They can’t wait for the moment that we’re all gathered together as one, fully embodying “הקהל את העם” – this year’s undeniably vital theme.

So…. how will it work?
