The Blesofsky Family Pens Letter of Thanks, Asks To COntinue Saying Tehillim For Schneur Zalman

The following letter was penned by R’ Hillel and Mrs. Shevy Blesofsky whose son, Schneur Zalman, continues to battle his injuries sustained in a crash as he and other bochurim were returning to their Yeshiva in the Poconos.

Dearest Extended Friends and Family,

We wanted to express our huge gratitude and appreciation for the overwhelming outpouring of love and support we have received during this very difficult time for us.

The incredible Manchester community went above and beyond by putting together a Charidy fundraiser to help us face an unknown and difficult road ahead. We were touched by the generosity of families, friends, and communities across the world who formed their own teams and raised money for us, even people who do not know us or our dear Schneur Zalman.

We never expected to be on the receiving end of such kindness, and no one should ever, ever be thrown such a difficult test, but, having this support in place has been a huge relief and has lifted a weight off our shoulders during a difficult time. We are grateful for your tremendous generosity, and we wish you and your families good health in every way.

The love and unity we experienced during this time is a testament to the power of our Ahavas Yisroel that breaks through borders, boundaries, communities and affiliations and it is a taste of the Achdus we are about to experience with the coming of Moshiach. May the merit of this mitzvah be the one that tips the scale and brings about the final redemption.

Thank you again for your kindness and support. Please keep Shneur Zalman HaKohen Ben Elisheva in your tefillos.

Sincerely,
Hillel and Shevy Blesofsky
