Charles and Ruth Kupferman and their grandchildren ceremoniously cut the pink ribbon, while Greg and his wife uncovered the grand sign for the newborn playground.

“We thank G-d for the wonderful partnership that was created between Chai Tots and the Kupferman family, enabling us to educate young Jewish children with the teachings and traditions of our ancestors,” said Rabbi Shimon Hecht, Director of Chabad of Brownstone Brooklyn.

The state-of-the-art center attracted a crowd as beautiful as the weather, and the modern wooden furniture and toys captured the children’s immediate attention. Parents expressed their enthusiasm for the new site’s beauty and convenience. Children enjoyed face-painting and balloons, and the adults partook in a light, buffet dinner.

Chai Tots of Prospect Heights offers two new classrooms, with the goal of opening a day-care room in January.

“Chai Tots is famous for its home-away-from-home environment and professional, nurturing care. The parents and children alike experience the great love and concern we have for each of them. Every child is a precious gem that grows and thrives in our developmentally appropriate atmosphere,” says Mrs. Sarah Hecht, Director of Chai Tots.

  • Shocked and Taken Aback !

"The Shabbos Goy" Greg? That is awful. Is he nothing more than that? Donates an entire playground and he gets dubbed with this "cute moniker?" Where is the respect here?
