Kinus Hashluchos Announces Mrs. Sivan Rahav-Meir As Guest Speaker At This Year’s Gala Banquet

The vaad of the International Kinus Hashluchos has announced the guest speaker for this years Gala Banquet.

“We are excited to share that the Guest Address at the Gala Banquet will be delivered by Mrs. Sivan Rahav-Meir of Yerushalayim, Eretz Yisrael,” the vaad wrote in email to the Shluchos.

Mrs. Sivan-Meir is a well known journalist and media personality both in Eretz Yisrael and around the world. She peppers her extensive journalism with Yiddishkeit and makes a distinct effort to spread the light of Torah in all of her work. She is constantly motivated by the Rebbe’s call to transform the world.

Also announced in the email was this years workshops, which will include a three way panel with a Mushpa, her Mashpia and her Mashpia’s Mashpia, tackling the practical elements of the Mashpia/Mushpa relationship, and a lively conversation with eights cousins who grew up on Shlichus, and are now raising their families on Shlichus.

The email also announced the Give A Gift: Guest Program, which includes four days of intensive TLC (Tender Loving Care) interspersed with spiritually and intellectually brilliant lectures and workshops.

This year’s theme for the Kinus is the timely message of “Shnas Hakhkel”.
