BDE: Rabbi Moshe Miller, 67, OBM

With great sadness we report the passing of Rabbi Moshe Miller OBM, a prolific scholar and author of many Sefarim, and member of the Chabad community of Chicago. He passed away on Monday, the 2nd of Teves, 5783.

He was 67 years old.

Born in South Africa, Moshe received his yeshivah education in Israel and America.

An author and translator, he has more than twenty books to his name on a wide variety of topics, including a new, authoritative, annotated translation of the Zohar, and a translation of Rabbi Moshe Cordovero’s classic Tomer Devorah with original commentary and annotation (Targum Press).

He has also written numerous articles and is the author of one of the most popular JLI courses ever, “The Kabbalah of Character.”

He is survived by his wife and children.

The Levaya will take place Tomorrow, Wednesday, 2:00pm in Yerushalayim.
