Melbourne and Victoria Leaders Come to Celebrate Chanukah with Chabad
Newly elected leaders of Melbourne and Victoria came to speak at Chabad of Melbourne CBD.
John Pressuto, newly elected Liberal Leader of Victoria was delighted when Chabad of Melbourne CBD’s Shliach Rabbi Chaim Herzog asked him to speak at this Chanukah gathering, this was the elected leaders
first formal address.
Robert Weil acting as Master of Ceremonies kept the crowd entertained with some of his humour including Cases of Donut Day Chanukah.
Rabbi Ephraim Block spoke on the essence of Chanukah in Today’s Times. Rabbi Chaim Herzog lit the Menorah and sang the blessings. A catered supper was enjoyed by all.
