In 1955, Rabbi Samuel Fox became the spiritual leader of Beth Jacob Congregation in Dayton, OH. Under his initiative and leadership, youth activities were started, Junior Congregation services were inaugurated, and a Religious School with an intensive curriculum, was instituted.
