A Hakhel Specialty: Eight Sichos for Eight Nights

The year 5748 famously saw the Rebbe repeatedly encourage the observance of Hakhel. One of the Rebbe’s own special additions to his regular practice was a Sicha each night of Chanukah 5748 (with the exception of Motzoei Shabbos) and later a Sicha each night of Pesach as well, in addition to the nightly Sukkos Sichos which began in 5741, also a Hakhel year.

The Rebbe often quotes the Friediker Rebbe’s saying that we should “listen to the Chanukah lights” and tune in to the message they share.
