An Achdus Sukkah in Monroe
Monroe businessman and activist Joseph Greenfeld hosted a special brunch for law enforcement agencies in his Sukkah. Mr. Greenfeld is the owner of AllsTiles, a local business. Leaders and officers of local and state law enforcement agencies, including Monroe, Goshen and Liberty, attended the elegant brunch.
Chabad Shliach Pesach Burston, based in Monroe, was invited to join the brunch and speak to the guests. Burston spoke of the significance of community and connected it to both the achdus elements of a Sukkah and the Four Kinds. “The word ‘unity’ is the heart of the heart of the word ‘community’ and is the heart of the Sukkah and the Four Kinds.”
Ira Finkelstein
I am puzzled that you choose Monroe as a symbol of ACHDUS. They are not Chabad or in CH.
AH
I’m puzzled that you’re puzzled, especially considering the following line from the article:
“Chabad Shliach Pesach Burston, based in Monroe, was invited to join the brunch and speak to the guests.”
