Keren Mechanchim Launched In Memory Of The Rosenfelds

This week, Rabbi Yosef Rosenfeld OBM returned his Neshama to its creator, only a few short months after his wife Malka Raizel’s passing.

In a career spanning more than six decades, the Rosenfeld’s were known for their tireless dedication to Chinuch על טהרת הקודש, and their steadfast commitment to the flagship Oholei Torah.

Throughout his tenure, Rabbi Rosenfeld selflessly oversaw the tremendous growth and expansion of the Moisad, and always had a special place in his heart for the dedicated teachers and Mechanchim.

In a constantly evolving and changing economic landscape, Rabbi Rosenfeld always saw to it that the dedicated teachers were cared for to the best of his ability.

Today, with the blessing and consent of the Rosenfeld family, “Keren Hamechanchim” was formed in loving memory of Rabbi and Mrs. Rosenfeld, who dedicated their lives to the chinuch of our children.

The dedicated educators, or “Mechanchim” at Oholei Torah give their all to our children, every single day. Much like Rabbi or Rosenfeld did throughout his life, Keren Hamechanchim will make sure that our educators and dedicated teachers are cared for as well, by creating and overseeing various new initiatives.

From the overwhelming costs of marrying off a child, to annual expenses pertaining to Yomim Tovim, Keren Hamechanchim will perpetuate the love and care Rabbi Rosenfeld had for our Mechanchim by being there for them, much like he was.

We invite you all to participate in this groundbreaking new initiative.

Our children are our future, and the dedicated Mechanchim invest so much into our children, every single day. Together, let’s invest in our Mechanchim so they can focus their energy and resources on what’s really important.

Imagine how much more impactful our children’s chinuch can become if their teacher had even one less thing to worry about?
Chinuch על טהרת הקודש is a tireless commitment, and Rabbi Rosenfeld always saw to it that the Mechanchim were shown our appreciation.
Together, we can continue his life’s work.
