Holtzman Family Completes Sefer Torah In Memory of Their Parents

Music and dancing in the streets of East Flatbush and crown Heights as the Holtzman family celebrated the completion of a new Sefer Torah in memory of their parents Rabbi Yaakov Tzvi and Chaya Tzipora Holtzman.
