BDE: Berel Fogelman, 2-Years-Old, OBM

With great sadness we report the untimely passing of Berel Fogelman OBM, the 2-year-old son of Shmulik and Sarah Fogelman of Chabad of Shrewsbury and UMASS Medical School. He passed away Motzei Shabbos, the 24th of Menachem Av, 5782.

He is survived by his parents ad grandparents.
