New Shluchim to S. Teresa, Costa Rica

Mazel Tov to Rabbi Berel and Chana Dubinsky, who together with their son Aron, will be moving out on Shlichus to S. Teresa, Costa Rica.

S. Teresa is the home to hundreds of Jewish families, many of whom are Israelis living there temporarily.
