On Independence Day in Israel, an International Chidon on Tanach is held which allows teens to compete in their knowledge of the Torah. This year, a unique broadcast was be shown showcasing the Rebbe, and the work of Shliach Rabbi Shlomo Wilhelm of Zhitomer Ukraine.
