Tziurei Hashluchim Tzfas Inaugurates New Beis Medrish

After a huge investment in the construction of the new building for the Yeshiva Tziurei Hashluchim in Tzfas, the opportunity was seized to hold an inauguration in conjunction with the Yud Alef Nissan 120 years gathering.

Hundreds of Tzfas residents gathered for a fascinating farbrengen at the new Yeshiva Hall, headed by Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Shneur Zalman Kaplan and the other Rabbis of the yeshiva.

The Farbrengen was led by the shliach Rabbi Chaim Kaplan, with the Rosh Yeshiva and others including Rabbi Mendel StarksRabbi Benzion FriedmanRabbi Menachem Mintzberg, Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Elmaleh, and Rabbi Menachem Mendel Zilberstrom.

Other guests who came and spoke included the Shliach Rabbi Yaakov Reitzes, Rabbi of the Yesod HaMaala, former mayor and now director general of the Ministry of Negev and Galilee Development, Mr. Ilan Shochat, whose plans for the construction of the new building were approved by him as mayor, and city council member Rabbi Nachman Gelbach.

Between speeches, some of the participants went on a tour of the entire new building, which includes classrooms, a spacious mikveh, three huge rooms, an annex rooms, as well as the new and impressive environmental development of the entire campus.

At the end of the official part of the gathering, many participants spent hours farbrenging into the night with the Rosh Yeshiva.
