101 New Chabad Institutions Announced At Paris Melava Malka

A Melava Malka held for the Shluchim of the Paris area, led by Rabbi Mendi Azimov, announced 101 new Chabad institutions as a Hachana for the upcoming Yud Aleph Nissan and Purim.
