Governor Honors New Jersey Head Shliach

At the NJ state house in Trenton, Governor Phill Murphy made a public proclamation honoring Rabbi Moshe Herson, Head Shliach to the state of NJ and dean of the Rabbinical Collage of America.

The proclamation honors Rabbi Herson for over 50 years of dedication, growth, and impact throughout the state, with the founding and expansion of the Rabbinical Collage of America in Morristown, and the sixty four Chabad Houses throughout the State of NJ.
