Yitzchak Moully’s “Living Lights” Interactive Chanukah Exhibit At the JCM

For the last number of years, I have been creating interactive Chanukah artwork, channeling Chanukah’s message of sharing our light and transforming darkness into light.

Every year I try to outdo myself, and this year is no exception.

Baruch Hashem, this year I’m thrilled to share with you, ‘Living Lights’, a pop-up interactive art installation-menorah, in which YOU ARE THE LIGHT!

It hasn’t been a totally smooth journey getting this project together, but Chanukkah is after all about recognizing there is darkness and then illuminating that darkness.

You are invited to join me at select locations in New York and New Jersey to engage with the Menorah.

We are set up tonight in front of the Jewish Children’s Museum in Brooklyn till 9:30pm, come join us.

The Menorah is “created” when you step up onto the platform, reach up and touch the lamps, completing the “circuit” and activating their light. When all eight lights are engaged at once, a beautiful light show is triggered, symbolically demonstrating that our collective light is made greater through the sum of our brilliant individual gifts.

I hope you can join me this Chanukah and STEP UP AND BE THE LIGHT!
