A Mazal Tov Letter From The Rebbe Find Its Way To Its Recipient Years Later, Through Avraham Fried

Famed Jewish singer Avraham Friedman, known by his stage name Avraham Fried, became a shliach in a real sense recently when he delivered a letter of Mazal Tov from the Rebbe years later.

The letter, dated Chof Tes Sivan Tof shin nun, was written to Yehuda Werdyger on the occasion of his upcoming wedding with the Rebbe’s regular terminology for such a letter.

Yet the letter was never sent, and remained in 770 for over 20 years.

Recently, the letter was discovered in 770, and a through multiple people, the intended recipient of the letter was eventually located, by Avraham Friedman.

Wearing a gartel, Avraham Friedman delivered the letter to the couple at a simcha.
