Photo Gallery: Special Chof Av Moments In Almati, Kazakhstan

On the first day of the Kinus Hashluchim for the countries of the former Soviet Union, a series of iconic moments were captured on camera by photographer Yehezkel Itkin.

Participating in the momentous event were the Chief Rabbi of Russia, Rabbi Lazar and the Chief Rabbi of Kazakhstan, Rabbi Yeshaya Cohen.
