JEM: Second Chances

One year after leaving Egypt, the Jews were commanded to bring the Passover offering – as they had done the year before.

Some Jews, unable to participate, were granted a second chance to bring an offering the following month. That day has become known as Pesach Sheni. The Rebbe placed much emphasis on the message of this special day.

Quoting his father-in-law, the Previous Rebbe, the Rebbe would highlight its powerful reminder for all Jews everywhere: When it comes to making things right, “it’s never too late.”
