As Purim Begins, Moscow Celebrated A New Sefer Torah

The Moscow Jewish community celebrated the first night of Purim, they were joined with a second celebration of a new Sefer Torah. The Sefer Torah was generously donated by Mr. Yosef Yitzchak Sandler.
