Mishnayos and Tanya Ba’al Peh At Cheder Menachem of Kingston, PA

This month, Cheder Menachem announced a new project for its students―an exciting challenge focusing on mishnayos and Tanya ba’al peh, as well as Yedios Klalios in honor of the Rebbe’s birthday Yud Alef Nissan.

Over the past year, Cheder Menachem of Kingston has advanced all curricula, encouraging each student to challenge themselves even more to reach their fullest potential. In addition to the mishnayos and Tanya ba’al peh challenge, the students also enjoy extra incentives and programs, participating in additional programs such as Tzivos Hashem, the Chidon, and chassidishe events. In the last week, the girls division of Cheder Menachem visited the Rebbe’s Ohel as well as davened in the Rebbe’s house in honor of Chof Bais Shvat.

Brimming at capacity with 208 students Ka”h, the cheder is the only Chabad school in the area that meets the needs of children from infancy through 8th grade. With a warm, heimishe environment, the cheder has succeeded in giving every child personal, individualized attention―so that each student feels special and valued by their teachers.

“The teachers are always available to answer any questions I have about my children,” shares Zalman, a parent of the Cheder. “Not only are my children getting a great education, but I know that they are seen and empowered to be the best they can be.”
