Oholei Torah Launches Beis Medrash Yeshivas Kayitz
The Torah is called Toras Chaim, the living Torah. The Torah is alive. The Torah is our life. The Torah is our sustenance.
A Yeshiva is a place of Torah and a bastion of life. The Rebbe stresses the critical importance of Yeshivos remaining open throughout the summer. If it is impossible for a living person to take a break from life, it is even more impossible for a Yid to take a break from learning.
כי הם חיינו ואורך ימינו!
How much more so a Beis Medrash Bochur, whose entire being is steeped in Torah. Every Bochur should be offered the opportunity to study during the summer months, in a conducive and inspiring environment where the sun shines and a certain menuchas hanefesh prevails,
Thanks to the dedication and commitment of the Oholei Torah Board, this summer they will! Oholei Torah is honored to launch a Beis Medrash program open to all shiurim (א-ד) of Zal. The Yeshivas Kayitz will be hosted in the newly purchased, state-of-the-art campgrounds in Pennsylvania.
As summer approached in years past, many Talmidim and their parents experienced considerable stress and frustration attempting to navigate an optimal summer structured around growth and learning. There simply weren’t many options, if any.
As Chassidus teaches, our avodah in this world is to transform every challenge into an opportunity for growth. This exciting development transforms the summer into a time of increased breitkeit, learning and living in a holy environment becoming Talmidim of the Rebbe’s Yeshivos.
The Beis Medrash Yeshivas Kayitz Program will be in session from Wednesday, June 23rd 2021 (13 Tammuz) through Monday, August 16th 2021 (8 Ellul).
- Rabbi Fishel Oster will serve as Menahel and Mashpia. He can be reached directly at rabbifoster@oholeitorah.com.
- Rabbi Lipman Heller will serve as Magid Shiur for nigleh.
- Hatomim Shmuel Klyne will join the Yeshiva faculty for the Gemara legirsa and help the talmidim with whatever needed in their learning.
- Rabbi Shmuel Shur will be coming to give shiurim in chassidus and farbrenging with talmidim on a steady basis.
