In 1974, after the Maalot massacre, the Rebbe pushed the Mezuzah campaign to new heights. Responding to the Rebbe’s call, the Yeshiva students came up with a novel idea: “Tanks against assimilation.” They couldn’t have possibly imagined how far their idea would go.
