Meet our Presenters:

Mrs. Sara Morozow
Veteren Kallah Teacher, Mashpia & Teen Educator

A veteran Kallah teacher for many years, as well as an educator in Beis Rivkah High School and Seminary, Mrs. Morozow mentors many Kallah teachers around the globe through the Mikvah.org certified teacher training program. A mother and grandmother as well as a long-time teacher, Mrs. Morozow offers an experienced perspective on connecting and guiding today’s youth from the Chassidishe perspective.

Mrs. Rivky Boyarsky
Registered Nurse & Certified Kallah Teacher

Mrs. Rivky Boyarsky is a member of the Gedalia Society and the Mikvah.org certified Kallah teacher group. Along with her background in the medical field as a Registered Nurse and Student-Midwife, she offers a unique perspective on the interplay of Science & Halacha.

Mrs. Frumie Piekarski
Parent Mentor & Certified Kallah Teacher

Mrs. Frumie Piekarski is a mikvah.org certified Kallah teacher, as well as a trained parent mentor through the Toshia program. In addition to being a mother and grandmother, Mrs. Piekarski experience in over 15 years of mentoring other parents guides her wisdom in handling these conversations with the Torah perspective and sensitivity.

Mrs. Shifra Sharfstein
Shlucha on Campus & Teen Educator

Shifra Sharfstein is the unstoppable Co-Director of Chabad at Georgia Tech and Georgia State Universities, and an experienced and passionate educator. She’s taught students of all ages and backgrounds, and from around the world, from Vienna to New York. She’s a talented public speaker whose featured lectures on chabad.org get rave reviews and are listened to by people around the world.

Rabbi Shlomo Sternberg
Tomchei Temimim Educator & Lecturer

Rabbi Shlomo Sternberg comes with over twenty year of experience in educating and counseling our youth. A world renowned lecturer on using technology safely and other sensitive issues for teens and men, Rabbi Sternberg is a mashpia and teacher in Yeshiva Tomchei Temimim – Chovevei Torah, Beis Rivka Seminary and Machon Chana.

Rabbi Dr. Yosef Shagalow, PsyD, LP
Shliach & Clinical Psychologist

Rabbi Dr. Yosef Shagalow is a Rav and Shliach in Minnesota since 1986. With the blessing of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, he went back to school in 1992 while continuing to teach in the local schools. After receiving extensive experience with DBT in his doctoral internship, Rabbi Dr. Shagalow opened a group of clinics beginning in 2001 in the Twin Cities specializing in DBT.

Currently he runs a clinic in Minneapolis and Buffalo, MN and a private practice in Brooklyn, NY. He works with adolescents, adults, families and couples. His areas of practice include personality disorders, suicidal ideation and behaviors, chronic mental illness, depression, anxiety, as well as parenting and generational issues. Rabbi Dr. Shagalow has extensive experience working with addictions, including internet and sexual addiction.

Rabbi Dr. Yosef Shagalow received his Rabbinical Ordination in 1985 from United Lubavitch Yeshiva Tomchei Temimim. He began his shlichus in Minnesota in 1986 along with his wife Chana and his family. With the encouragement of his colleagues and with the blessing of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, he went back to school in 1992 while working full time at the local Torah Umesorah Jewish day school, Torah Academy. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas with his master’s in counseling psychology in 1995 and went on to receive his doctorate from Argosy University in 2000. Upon receiving extensive experience with DBT in his doctoral internship, Rabbi Dr. Shagalow opened a group of clinics beginning in 2001 in the Twin Cities specializing in DBT.
