Maamar From The Alter Rebbe Published For The First Time

In honor of Tes Kislev, the Yarzheit of the Mitteler Rebbe, an incredible Maamar from the Alter Rebbe along with a biur on it from the Mitteler Rebbe has been published. This amazing Maamar and Biur are being published for the first time, having only recently been transcribed from Manuscript.
