Pittsburgh Holds Chof Chesvan Tzivos Hashem Rally

Dozens of families in Pittsburgh gathered on Sunday for an outdoor Tzivos Hashem rally in honor of Chof Cheshvan. The event was held on a large grass field adjacent to the iconic “Blue Slide Park”. The event was organized by new shliach to Pittsburgh, Rabbi Chaim Itkin, who was recently brought to Pittsburgh by Rabbi Yisroel Rosenfeld to spearhead new projects, such as a Kolel for Baal Habatim and farbrengens for Yoma Depagra.

Reb Mendel “Der Baal Menagen” Markel led the children in nigunim and told over history, stories and pisgomim from the Rebbe Rashab. The 12 psukim were recited and the children gave Tzedaka to bring the Geulah closer. Nosh was available in single serving containers and a grand raffle was held. The event was co-sponsored by Elyon Travel Agency.
