A verdict by the Honorable Harriet L. Thompson confirmed exclusive rights to control and manage the synagogue at 770 Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn, New York, to its rightful owners. In her decision, Judge Thompson cited the testimony of attorney Mr. Nochum Gordon.
