Celebrating Rosh Chodesh Kislev in Yeshivas Lubavitch Cincinnati

The celebration of Rosh Chodesh Kislev in Yeshivas Lubavitch Cincinnati, directed by Rabbi Gershon Avtzon, started Wednesday night with a special Seuda and dancing.

The event, coordinated by the Talmidei Hashluchim, concluded with a Farbrengen with Rabbi Gershon Borenstein , a member of the hanhalla of the Yeshiva in New Haven.

Thursday night, the Yeshiva – and entire community – celebrated the Bar-Mitzva of hatamim Nochuim Avtzon, followed by a Farbrengen through the night with Rabbi Yehuda Levin, Shliach to Kensington NY. On shabbas, all the special guests ate with the Talmidim and farbrengned from Shachris to Mincha with Rabbi Avrohom Simpson.

As Rosh Chodesh Kislev in 70 days until Yud-Shevat – Shivim shana – the 70 talmidim of the Yeshiva took a hachlata to open “70 Mosdos” – a real commitment to the Hachlata.
