Rabbi Kotlarsky Celebrates his 70th at the Ohel

Merkos Vice Chairman, Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, celebrated his 70th birthday at the Ohel. There he was met by a cohort of 70 Shluchim who came in especially for occasion.

The group spent Shabbos at the Ohel, and spent many hours farbrenging together.
