Chabad of Georgetown Hebrew School Menorah Building Workshop

This Sunday Chabad of Georgetown Hebrew School in Brooklyn directed by Sterny Holtzberg hosted a special Menorah Building Workshop for the Hebrew School children and their families. The local Home Depot graciously sponsored and directed the workshop. The Home Depot staff along with the Hebrew School staff and parents helped the happy children bang and build their beautiful menorahs to take home for the upcoming holiday of Chanukah they learnt so much about.

“It is so moving to see all the kids so excitedly building their menorahs” said Bella Post, Home Depot’s Jewish Manager.

In the beautiful and warm Chanukah atmosphere, each child left with their very own hand-made menorah and monorah lighting kit.
